Turning Phone Cadenza - could this work?
Ok, so quick summary of specyfication you can see above:
2 (two) Qualcomm Snapdragons 830 (they will launch somewhere at the beginning of next year);
12GB RAM (with 6GB for each SoC);
up to 1TB og storage (2 x 256Gb internal and support for two microSD Cards up to 256Gb each);
100Wh of combined battery capacity (2400mAh graphene superconductor battery, 1600mAh lithium ion battery and a hydrogen fuel cell).
As bonus Quadra SIM, Quad rear camera with combined 60MP, Dual front camera 20MP and Swordfish OS with deep learning AI (which based on Ailfish OS).
Honestly this construction is hilarious and more as art for an art then anything else. Why, just WHY would anyone buy this monster (and to even thing about this we must assume that constructors will force two SoCs to work in harmony)? No aplication will use two phisical SoCs at the same time. Only reasonable solution would be to give one "half of phone" to AI and another to user but then only what will this phone gave what other models can't is AI (and ultra camera combination, hybrid Quad SIM - my theory - and super heavy weapon for self defence).
Ok, I'm sceptic but why? I simply don't understand why make something like this. Even multimiliarders will not be interested too much (ok, they could show it and tell "Hey, it's phone for $4000 - or more - and I can't even play on it, it's not made from gold or anything) - you see, there's no logical reason to buy it.
But from construction and programming side it's very interesting - AI + dual build (effectively it's two phones made to work together) and some crazy ideas. So just a thing people interested in new techology love.
So to make it short: it will not sell well but as design it's interesting.

iOS security gap + affordable 14nm Exynos
Ok, today I have two quick informations: one about security gap in iOS and another about 14nm SoC from Samsung.
1. Few days ago very dangerous gap in iOS security was reveild. It was pure accident and better be thankful.
From iOS 7 (releaced in 2013) so for a little less then 3 years there was gap in security and brobably in few months hackers from NSO Group was using it to infect iPhones wit spyware app "Pegasus." NSO Group is company selling spyware applications for goverments and making gigantic money ($75 million in 2015). So yeah because NSO is there from 2009 we can assume that "Pegasus" is there from the beginning, undetected until Ahmed Mansoor suspicious about link from SMS didn't gevi it to analisis to Citizen Lab.
So update iOS to 9.3.5 as fast as possible.
2. Another topic is new SoC from Samsung - Exynos 7570. It's quad-core processor based on Cortex A53 and made in 14nm technology. What that means? First of all about 30% less energy usage, seondary around 70% boost to performance and 20% less size. All procentages are taken from Samsung information so don't take as given.
But yes, deffinitly cheap 14nm processor is a good thing. First smartphones with them should be avaible at end of this year.
And what Exynos 7570 offers?Category 4 LTE 2CA, Bluetooth, WiFi, FM Radio, GNSS; displays with a resolution of up to 1280x800 pixels, and image signal processor to support up to a 13 megapixel rear camera and 8 megapixel front camera .So, it's quite interesting.

Check iPhone before you buy it!
Not everyone have enough money to buy new iPhone or simply don't want to spend that much cash on phone so almost as often as new phone is bought, old one is sold.
But one warning - always check is this phone lost or not - one of best services to check warranty and Find my iPhone for free is in the link.
At the moment you can only check Find my iPhone status in basic range (on/off) but on their official forum is information that in near future this service will be expanded with lost/stolen status so it will provide maximum security agains thiefs who try to sell stolen iPhones.
Also I want to inform you that new update of iOS (9.3.5) is essential for security of your phones - it patch problem with susceptibility for hacher attacks!

No more Apple Stores and new batteries
Today is the Good Day: no more Apple Stores woo, hoo! Yes, dream of all those that hate Apple just came true...
No, unfortunetly no. Apple will just rename their stational stores from Apple Store, Location to Apple Location. Why? From marketing psychology reasons mostly - they want people to assosiate those places more with meeting and technology then buying itself. In some locations Apple have plans to make a weekend movie projections.
Will it work? Well, if Apple knows how to do something really good it's deffinitly selling things and they themselvestalk about Apple Stores as biggest of their product, so yes.
Now another topic: new type of batteries in smartphones (and not only).
Students at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology some time ago created a start-up called SolidEnergy and now they have more than $12 milion from investors and will start work.
In 2015 they started with a theorie and design of lithium - metal battery. Accumulator for mobile devices, drones , electric cars and others which allows double density in charge. What it means? Half the size or double capacity or anything between.
Now one of biggest problems with making phones thinner or making usefull bending models are mainly battery. This project seems ideal solution for Samsung, LG and Lenovo - corporations that race to make first bending smartphone.
We can't expect those kind of batteries this year but in near future? It would deffinitly make easier life for all those futuristic designs to comme true.

Optimization
Ok, yesterday I thought about fully bending phones and I mentioned there one problem - battery.
Today I read about possible thin 5000mAh battery in LeEco Le 2S and... I spoted one interesting thing: Apple products have one gigantic adavtage: optimization.
Honestly I don't like Apple, but I admire two aspects of this brand:
1. Simple design;
2. Optimization.
So in order. First I mentioned design and it will be much simpler and shorter topic.
Design is very subjective matter - you like it or not and in most cases nothing (except time) will change it. I'm quite young still but I'm type of this "young old" - I like simple things with many functions. I like Swiss Army Knives, army cutlery set and trousers with removable legs - all for one reason: they're multifunction but still have simple design.
I'm old-school person and I was taught one of key Murphy's law: If anything can go wrong, it will. So simplest design are most effective - pragmatism.
Now second topic... Optimization. Yes, it's in the post name.
First definition:
So next time when you will chceck scores of iPhone or iPad don't be surprised that with mathematically weaker components they have better resaults then high-end Android models - they are design from base to have maximum efficiency.

First definition:
"the act of making something as good as possible."So what means Optimization in phones and computers? In basic maximum power with minimum energy and resource usage. And I must admit that Apple will be master of this from one simple reason: they are making operating systems and design devices using them. If we're talking about phones we must take into account multiple designers: OS, SoC, processor cores, other components and in final company that put those together to mke a phone, With iPhone it's much simpler because Apple makes iOS, design SoC and with this can optimase both to full potential what is unworkable with Android. Google must optimize OS to work with as many different components as possible what is complete opposition of Apple formula.

So, are bending phones future?
Hello,
First of all, sorry but I had long weekend and that means - no free time.
Now, to the topic. Bending phones, a wet dream of LG and Samsung and... some of us. And to be as understandable as possible - we are here talking about bending phones and not (permanent) bended like LG Flex/Flex 2.
I want to talk about future phones like one on gif above or like one on image below.
So two big players searched future of design it this solution: LG and Samsung, bah their first bending models should hit shelves next year.
But there is one who we ignored, who gived us hint in June that he and not they will be the first:
Lenovo.
Yes my friends, in June on Lenovo Tech World San Francisco 2016 they showed concept of bending phone, but none thought then that they will make that kind of joke to LG and Samsung.
In clip promoting Lenovo on IFA Berlin 2016 we can see bending phone and tablet and they looks like working models:

And now about question in name of this post. Not, necessary, companies with access to this technologi will deffinitly try to promote it but for now it will be more a gadget or convinient solution.
How convinient? Well that depends. You can halve the length or width with price of thickness to easier transport it, protect the screen or bend it when it will be easier to use that way.
But real future in my opinion are bodyless costructions or only screen design. We are years now from point when it will be possible to contruct devices like this but I think it will be standard in... say 2028? Maybe earlier.
And banding - it's not necesery and it will have its disadvatages but it's goot to go forward because what stays the same that goes backwords in development.

Quick info from IMEI
Ok, so we all sometimes have to check version of software or is there an update and not all of us know how.
So instead of searching guides you can simply go to http://sim-unlock.net and check it based on IMEI.
